The item was received 4 days before originally expected so was there when they got home from funeral. Perfect. I sent it to family address but later realized that was not where I intended so I called the next morning and even though it had just been shipped, they were able to redirect it to the correct address. Thank you.

Thought the delivery time was too long. Ordered on Monday morning for a wake on Friday item would not get there in time. Had to pay higher freight charge (half of the cost of the item I ordered). to get there on time. Doubt if I would purchase from this site again.

We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S. destination. We are unable to ship to international addresses, outside the continental United States, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
